Ministry of Oranga Tamariki (MOT) aka CYFS are taking our Children with fraudulent and false documentation. Detaining them for decade's illegally. My 10 year old Daughter was illegally snatched with no Warrant and no Police on the 4th Dec 2009, 12 Days prior to saying they had a Warrant dated 15 Dec 2009. For one they illegally detained my Daughter for 12 Days without a Warrant. Secondly the Warrant is fraudulent! It does not even have a Court Name, Judge's Name, Court Letterhead, or any Court Stamp/Seal. She has been unlawfully detained for 8 1/2 years and severely Brian washed against me. I have not been given any access to my Daughter since July 2012. This is the last time I got to ever see her. The Government had no evidence what so ever against me, with a clean Police record, drug and alcohol free.
