PROVIDENCE, R.I — A 26-year-old Uber driver from Providence was charged Friday with trying to impersonate a social worker to sign out a female student from Portsmouth High School, according to the Portsmouth Police Department.

DEL CITY, Okla. — A Del City foster mother is denying accusations that she beat and starved four children.

Those four children were removed from the home. After the mother, Melvalena Grant, was booked Tuesday, KOCO 5 learned that she fostered 23 children since 2013.
