The task force should take a good look at CPS and the Family Court system's involvement with Title IV-D and put a stop to the corruption that is abusing families NATION-WIDE. They are courtnapping our children!

  2. INFO ACTION REQUEST: Legal Advocates Against False Claims by CPS, or by Judge, or Denial of Due Process: Does anyone know of a good lawyer, or advocates who truly challenge false claims or denial of due process by either CPS, or by a judge in Michigan? <><> It can include illegal collusion between CPS and a judge under "color of law", or by deliberately avoiding due process. Request is for a situation in which the authority is not following the law, or the court rules, or case law, or is violating due process; and is likely actionable under Federal 42 U.S.C. 1983; or similar legal authority. http://www.parentsinaction.net/english/Legal/Case%20Law.htm
