Shut out? Homeless could be forced from Woodbridge camp

The action came after one of their neighbors allowed his adult daughter and her two preschool-aged children to stay at his makeshift cabin for several days during the summer, according to local homeless advocates and several campsite residents.

Although all are technically squatting on private land, reports of children living outside were enough to spur action from Prince William County social workers, who visited the campsite in August and called on the fire marshal to declare the structures unfit for habitation.
