DCS caseworker threatened

Cocke County authorities are investigating a Wednesday incident in which a caseworker with the Department of Children's Services was allegedly threatened by a parent. Caseworker Josh Roberts told Cocke County Sgt. David Crum that he went to the home of Timmy Seay on Robert E. Lee Drive, "to do a home visit." Roberts said when he pulled into the driveway, Seay came out of his home and started threatening him. "You better get out of here, you don't need to be here. One of these days I will catch you out, you know what I will do, I will break you. You took everything I had," Seay allegedly told the caseworker. Roberts says Seay followed him to his vehicle as he was leaving.
