Two former San Antonio day care operators accused of forcing their three adopted children to sleep in a shower, bite each other and pour bleach on wounds will spend decades behind bars for abuse discovered in 2012, five years after a state agency moved two foster children from the home following abuse concerns but didn’t prevent the couple from adopting.
