Child welfare worker in Bella Bond case given 'written warning'
The child welfare worker who was at the center of scathing report that criticized the state's handling of past cases involving baby Bella Bond did not “properly follow” policies in some cases, according to officials, who ultimately decided to give her minor discipline in the form of a “formal written warning.”
