RIVERSIDE: Woman made threats over Facebook to blow up CPS office, police say

A woman was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 1, on accusations that she made threats on Facebook to "blow up" and "shoot" people at the Riverside County Child Protective Services office in Riverside, police say.
