Lawsuit filed against DSS after child beaten, bitten by mother's boyfriend
A 1-year-old child's family has filed a lawsuit against the South Carolina Department of Social Services after the mother's boyfriend hit the toddler in the face, bit the child on her back and buttocks, broken both her arms and her right leg and ripped out chunks of her hair, according to Heather Stone of Hite and Stone Attorneys at Law.
