Mother of 2-year-old killed while in foster care speaks out
Thursday will mark the one year anniversary of the death of Chassie Pietrolungo. She's the 2-year-old girl who died from blunt force trauma while in the care of her foster parents, Paul and Sarah Finn, in Pueblo.
