Springfield teacher is accused of sex acts with foster daughter in her home

A Springfield School District art teacher is charged with having sexual relations with a girl who was living in her home as a foster child. The girl is now 16 years old but started living with Jessica Jones, 32, in May 2013 when she was 14 years old.
