Sources identify Ark. child who died in hot car
Hot Springs ambulances responded to a scene Friday afternoon regarding a toddler who was left in a hot car.
The 2-year-old died Friday, July 24, and sources tell THV11 it may have happened to the son of a Garland County judge.
