DCS vows to speed up licensing time for new foster parents
Arizona is in desperate need of more foster families. As some families are finding out, though, signing up to help is a process that takes quite a long time.
Note: A better solution would be to stop stealing so many freekin kids! Instead, they take more, make it easier to become foster parents, and lower their standards in order to house them all.
