Perdue charged with second-degree murder, felony child abuse and neglect in connection to death of 3-year-old boy
Hope McVey Perdue, the custodial guardian of a 3-year-old boy who was found dead Tuesday morning in Franklin County, has been charged with non-capital second-degree murder and felony child abuse and neglect in connection to the child’s death.
