so WHY THE F didn't daddy REMOVE the child HIMSELF and DO whatever IT TAKES to keep his own baby SAFE ? yeah these agencies ARE BS,"failure to protect" charges SHOULD be filed. BUT this man KNEW ALL ABOUT IT AND DID NOTHING. and failure to protect MIGHT get slapped on HIM via the CPS agency leading to termination of parental rights.
