Colorado's child welfare watchdog says Denver Human Services action was 'egrigious'

A Denver Human Services background check identified a convicted sex offender and a woman convicted of child abuse -- even so a DHS caseworker, backed by a supervisor, placed children with them.

    I live in denver denver human services allocated my parental rights to a father that has a history of dv abuse on me a extensive criminal history such as gang affiliation guns cocaine manufacturing and sales hes been shot several times in gang violence he is currently on supervised gang parole from department of corrections my 2 year old is with his paternal grandmother that is addicted to crack cocaine and an alcoholic her live in boyfriend was charged with homicide this is extremely a violation of our civil rights when i am drug free a very good mother with a beautiful home good job an loving supportive team of family and friends but im fighting to change this asap
