New details surface in Department of Child Safety chief's firing
Gov. Doug Ducey's firing of former Department of Child Safety Director Charles Flanagan came in the wake of a lengthy memo by Flanagan's successor in which he alleged Flanagan had allowed numerous reports of child abuse and neglect to be reviewed without an in-person visit to see if children were safe.
