Teens charged with homicide in death at Carrick group home
A lack of oxygen to the brain caused the death of a teenager who was allegedly beaten with a vacuum and choked during a fight inside a Carrick youth home on Saturday night, and the two teens accused have been charged with homicide, officials confirmed Thursday.
