Support seen for grandmother charged with kidnapping
The boyfriend of a woman accused of kidnapping her grandchildren last week has denied the state’s charges, saying that Cinnamon Kelly, Villas, had parental permission to have custody of the two toddlers when she took them to Pennsylvania.
