Second teen accuses foster parent of sexual assault
A New Mexico foster parent is back in jail accused of sexually assaulting a second boy in his care. Manuel Preciado, 64, was served with an arrest warrant earlier this week after a 16-year-old came forward saying Preciado raped and molested him while he stayed in his Tucumcari home.
