I'm sorry for posting this link, but you need to understand how clueless the stupid people really are and how that plays into the existence of Child Protective Services in it's current failure of a form.

Council call for foster carers to take on the 'best job in the world' 

People who may feel they need a change of direction or new career in the New Year are being asked to think about fostering. 

Described as ‘the best job in the world’ by existing carers, fostering means looking after a child or children in your own home as if they were part of your family.

Note: It's like making a deal with the devil.  Don't let them fool you.
