Cassandra C. may move to group home after current round of chemo

Cassandra C. is still undergoing chemotherapy, against her will, after the Connecticut Department of Children and Families took custody of the 17-year-old.

Note: This is sick, traumatize the poor kid by forcing her into chemo then lock her away from her parents.  Way to go DCF.
