Judge orders Ukrainian teens returned to adoptive father

Ukrainian brothers Ruslan and Elijah Stubbs are back at home with their adoptive father Timothy Stubbs after Rankin County Judge Dan Fairly unexpectedly ordered that the boys be returned to live with Tim earlier this week.
