Graham resident Erin Harvey said recently that, at least as the system functions now, she's done fostering children. She would love to do it again, but after a heartbreaking experience in 2010 fostering a teenage girl that she hoped to make a permanent member of her family, she's lost faith in any kind of support offered through agencies charged with placing foster children in homes and assisting foster families.
