Cops: Johnsburg Man Menaced Child Caseworker

A Johnsburg man was charged with felony menacing Tuesday after he allegedly told a caseworker from the Warren County Child Protective Services that he displayed a rifle carried over his shoulder and told her he “had a gun”.
