Child protection scheme fails to take off in U’khand

With no appointments made, the Centre-sponsored Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) has just not taken off in Uttarakhand. Over 240 posts sanctioned under it lie vacant. The state does not even have a director for the ICPS.
