Agency sued on behalf of eight former foster kids
A civil lawsuit filed in San Bernardino County court claims that a Rancho Cucamonga-based foster care agency failed to properly supervise two allegedly abusive foster parents who were evicted from four residences over a seven-year period and even homeless for a time — all while children were placed under their care.
