Onslow County couple accused of starving foster children
An Onslow County husband and wife allegedly starved their foster children --just 4 and 5 years old-- by giving them one meal a day, causing them to require hospitalization, arrest warrants say. The suspects are also accused of causing other injuries to the victims.
