Foster parent recognizes arson suspect on WFSB broadcast
Hours after New Haven police released surveillance photos of a bookstore arson suspect, a teen was arrested.
Police said the 14-year-old's foster parent recognized him after watching WFSB's Thursday night broadcasts.
