Woman testifies she feared losing children if she denied caseworker sex
Theola Nealy told a federal jury Tuesday that she unwillingly had sex with a Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare social worker because she was afraid the man, Peter Nelsen, would remove her two young children and put them in state custody.
