Stamford mother's fight for custody of her son may reach federal court
After exhausting many avenues in Juvenile Matters at Stamford Superior Court, an embattled Stamford mother is taking the fight for the custody of her illegal immigrant son to federal court on the grounds that keeping the boy in Department of Children and Families custody violates federal law.
