New state law aims to plug holes in child abuse reports

New state law aims to plug holes in child abuse reports

From now on, when a complaint of child abuse is reported, child protective workers across the state will know if a previous report was filed against the alleged abuser or past concerns raised about a child’s well being.

Note: So this means that if you had this asshole neighbor who made a false report, that could be used against you anytime in the future.
