Birch Run foster mother gets tether, 2 years probation for choking death of 2-year-old daughter
During the 11 months that Debra Johnson lived with her Birch Run-area foster mother, the toddler made "great progress" in learning how to eat and drink normally, the foster mother said Friday, Sept. 19.
