'He's our son': Family strives to bring adopted child home
Samuel, 1 year old, is the Lloyd's adopted son, and is stuck in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). While they have jumped through every legal and beaurocratic hoop, paid every dollar of every fee and funded his foster care, they say diplomatic conflict with the American State Department has caused Samuel's native country to stop them from bringing him into the U.S.
