The father of a 22-month-old St. Johnsbury boy who died May 31 says the child was not in the custody of the Vermont Department for Children and Families.
"People don't know the facts, and we wish everyone would just leave us alone during these hard times," Keithan wrote in a Facebook message Monday to the Burlington Free Press.
