School reported alleged rape to DCF, not police
Walpole police say a major DCF foster care contractor running a school for children with behavioral problems failed to contact local authorities about a sexual assault allegation two weeks ago — and has been uncooperative in cases involving missing kids and assault and battery on the facility’s campus.
