Foster Child in Hospital Taken Off Life Support

Child injured while in foster care passes away Wednesday morning.

"I noticed it right off. I said these kids are in foster care, but they look miserable."



While many celebrated ringing in the New Year, a local mother takes her daughter off life support. And she believes the child's foster parents are to blame.
