Agencies didn’t share information in case of missing Fitchburg boy, report finds

The family of Jeremiah Oliver, the Fitchburg boy who disappeared after state social workers failed to conduct home visits, was involved with a social service agency in another state — but that state never shared its information until after the 5-year-old went missing, a state agency concluded today.
