TEXAS CPS CAME TO ARKANSAS AND KIDNAPPED OUR GRANDSON
Texarkana, TX CPS came to AR after we got custody of our grandchild and kidnapped him from AR Children's Hospital. Children's Hospital let us have the kids after TX CPS brought them to the hospital for alledged abuse and abandonded them here in Little Rock. They set a bogus appointment for a follow up and when we got to the hospital they took our baby and they had no paperwork to show that they had custody. They treated my fiance, the biological grandfather like a criminal and threatened to arrest him if he did not turn the other child over to them.
