Police seek mother suspected of illegally holding her three children

A woman sought for illegally holding her three children, including one she allegedly abducted outside a foster home in Palmdale, surrendered the children at a police station in South Los Angeles today with help from a friend, but she fled before police could arrest her, a deputy said.
