CHARLIE Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin sons Bob and Max could be spending Christmas in foster care.
RadarOnline.com is reporting that the four-year-old twins are in danger of being placed in care, after Child Protective Services in Los Angeles was reportedly presented with new evidence revealing inconsistencies in Mueller’s drug treatment program.
