Former foster care advocate arrested on suspicion of child sex abuse
A Santa Cruz man who served as a court-appointed advocate for children in the foster care system in Santa Cruz County was arrested Friday on suspicion of child sex abuse, indecent exposure and possessing child pornography, authorities reported.
