County fires, suspends and removes CPS workers over death of 5-year-old boy
Two Child Protective Service caseworkers have been fired for mishandling child abuse complaints against Matthew Kuzdzal, the 26-year-old man accused of beating to death his girlfriend’s 5-year-old son last month at their West Side home, The Buffalo News has learned.
In Canada CPS / CAS workers that cause a death of a child are never fired or charged. Our legal system here seems even more willfully blind then the US!!
