Troubled foster care boy, 13, pleads guilty to raping girl in library 

The boy, who told police the victim was the sister of a friend, copped to first-degree sexual abuse for the disturbing Sept. 4 attack at Countee Cullen Library on W. 136th St. near Lenox Ave.
