Children's Aid Society are sneaky
Children's Aid Society are sneaky in the court waiting areas- they come and talk to you when your lawyer leaves- they ask you where your lawyer is so they know what way to look- they may ask you to fill out something and use words like " it's part of the process" " it's just basic information we need" first they already have the basic information since they already have you in court- keep what they give you - if they ask for it back, keep it let them know you'll look at it with your lawyer
Very true, the CAS always digs for more info to abuse and lie about in court! When the have info the court should hear, they keep it a secret and lie some more on affidavits!!
