Nearly Two Dozen Foster Homes to be inspected in Wake of Murder Investigation
Almost two dozen area foster homes will be randomly inspected this week by CPS caseworkers after a Rockdale foster mom was recently indicted on a capital murder charge after a 2-year-old in her care died of severe injuries.
