In this case presented to the Family Court Of Australia (FamCA 746), the Father sought that the Mother and child be returned to New Zealand from Australia. The Mother argued that the relocation to Australia was by agreement, however her comments on Facebook were determined by the Court to indicate that she had made the decision alone.
