Hmm, Makes it sound so innocent. My granddaughters had a happy home with grandpa and grandma. What was wrong with that home. Many of these children that they claim need a home all ready have a happy home. Some of these parents they take the children from just need a extra helping hand. From a tax payers standpoint it is much less of a cost to help these parents than the enormous bill that comes in putting these children in the court system and foster care. In the State of Michigan they most hire a additional 350 new foster care families by June 30th. If they do not the State will be fined due to the child's rights settlement. Lets hope it is a big fine and they do not make it. It is after all about money. Perhaps the last thing program these states are making a buck on.
