DCF social workers protest high case load

Claiming that caseloads were at a "crisis point" at the South Central office of the state Department of Children and Families in Whitinsville, some 25 social workers and supervisors staged an informational picket outside the Church Street office at noon Wednesday to bring attention to their concern.
