A South Carolina court might decide who will raise baby Veronica after the nation's top justices ruled Tuesday in favor of the James Island couple who tried to adopt her.
Note: All the Supreme Court did was create uncertainty for this kid who should stay with her real father. However, I am coming across lots and lots of misleading articles. Some say that the Supreme Court ordered the father to return the kids to the adoptive kidnappers. That is not the case. They returned it to the South Carolina Court for further consideration.
